		Most know me as "Josep" (Catalan) or "José" (Spanish). Originally from Barcelona, I live in the Chicago area, working at Alcatel-Lucent. My job involves emerging and next generation technologies. I lead the IID Team which stands for Ideation, Incubation and Demonstrations, which is part of the Solutions & Technology Introduction department.



	I am also the co-founder of consultaglobal, an initiative focusing on sharing and discussing innovation practices, and innobarista, which provides consulting services on new product strategy and market introduction for entrepreneurs.
